Verizon, Skype Partner On Mobile App

Verizon Wireless and Skype have announced a partnership in which Verizon's smartphones will include a Skype mobile app, allowing for Skype-to-Skype calls from Verizon handsets and international calling at Skype out rates.
The Skype mobile will be available on Verizon smartphones beginning in March.--Aaron Baar
