SearchHound Goes to the Moon

SearchHound.com, Inc. has signed a joint venture agreement with Moonfruit Ltd., a UK-based developer, to provide an interactive website building toolkit for visitors to SearchHound.com and specifically targeted to its community of 1.5 million webmasters. As part of the agreement, SearchHound.com will exclusively represent Moonfruit in enhancing its existing revenue base via an advertising management contract. SearchHound.com will also establish a U.S. presence for Moonfruit's services by introducing and marketing SiteMaker 3.0, a flash-powered website building toolkit, to individuals and businesses worldwide. In turn, Moonfruit will also promote SearchHound's search engine and website management and marketing tools to the Moonfruit user base that have created sites with SiteMaker. In addition, SearchHound.com will be responsible for advertising and marketing Moonfruit.com's banner ad inventory and opt-in lists of subscribers worldwide.
