MTV is taking its wintertime hit series "Jersey Shore" to international shores. The network will show it in more than 30 countries starting this week, reports

Heights, N.J. in summer, MTV execs say the narrative is universally appealing. One of the overseas print ads for the show bottom lines the premise: "Muscles + gel + tanning bed = sex."
