RFBinder Partners, a global communications agency and member of the Ruder Finn Group, and DoubleClick Inc., a digital marketing solutions company, have formed a marketing alliance in which the public
relations agency licenses DoubleClick's DARTmail technology as part of its Bdirect suite of direct marketing services. This agreement marks the first such relationship between a communications agency
and the digital marketing company.
