Former Bauer Exec Oltarsh Takes CRO Post At Thrillist
Mark Oltarsh, former vice president and Group Publisher of Bauer Publishing's In Touch and Life & Style magazines and past associate publisher of Maxim and Stuff, has joined men's digital lifestyle newsletter and publication Thrillist as chief revenue officer.
Based in the New York office, Mark will report to Thrillist CEO and co-founder, Ben Lerer, and will be responsible for overseeing Thrillist's advertising sales as the brand grows into new markets and additional content platforms.
Prior to leading the weekly tabloid group at Bauer, Oltarsh held sales positions at Spin, Conde Nast's Details and Vanity Fair, and took on a leadership role at Jane.
Thrillist currently has more 1.8 million subscriptions in 15 local markets across the U.S. and UK.
