Bob Winter was named chief creative officer of the Chicago office of Young & Rubicam. Winter joins the agency from Leo Burnett Chicago, where he served as senior vice president, executive creative director, working for clients such as Altoids, Kellogg's, Greenpeace and Caesars Palace.
