Real Media Expands South American Operation With Launch Of Real Media Brazil

In response to explosive growth in the Latin American marketplace, Real Media, Inc., a global provider of Internet advertising and technology solutions, has added a new office in São Paulo, Brazil. Evandro Audi, who had been Ad Sales Manager with Veja/Abril has been named Managing Director of the Real Media Brazil operation.

Among its first clients is The New York Times on the Web, which Real Media will represent in both Brazil and Mexico. Real Media will also sell ad positions in NYTimes.com's monthly opt-in advertiser-only email to The Times on the Web's registered Latin American users. The email is sent from The New York Times on the Web on behalf of an advertiser and reaches approximately 75,000 email addresses in Brazil and Mexico.
