Consumer confidence in technology reached an all-time high in December, according to the Consumer Electronics Association, which reports it rose nearly eight points over November, to 93.7. That's the
highest level since CEA began tracking index data in January 2007. The ICTE, which measures consumer expectations about technology spending, is seven points higher than this time last year.
