Grey Global Group, the parent of MediaCom Worldwide, Tuesday acknowledged it has retained Goldman Sachs & Co. and JP Morgan to help explore sales of the publicly-traded and tightly-held agency holding
company, but refuted speculation that it might sell "individual business units in connection with this process."
