Viewpoint announced today that it has expanded its relationship with America Online, Inc. to cover use of Viewpoint technology for new features in AOL 8.0, Instant Messaging, and within other
applications. The new arrangement involves use of Viewpoint interactive graphics within the recently released AOL 8.0 client, including many facets of the AOL desktop. In enhancing the new look and
feel of the AOL service, America Online worked closely with Viewpoint's engineering and creative services staffs to deliver results, which yield rich graphics and sharper images.
