Parker Out At 'Parker Spitzer'

Kathleen Parker is out at CNN's "Parker Spitzer," reports The Hollywood Reporter. The move will leave co-host Eliot Spitzer as the sole host of the 8 p.m. hour, joined by a changing set of guests. Parker had a four-month stint at the show. According to a memo CNN executive vice president Ken Jautz sent to staff Friday, the show is moving in a new direction. He wrote: "We will be adopting an ensemble format with several newsmakers, guests and contributors joining Eliot Spitzer each night. The new program will be called "In the Arena," beginning Monday. E.D. Hill and Will Cain will join the program as well ss others within and outside the CNN family.
