Mullen hired Kristen Cavallo as chief strategy officer, replacing Stephen Hahn-Griffiths who joined Leo Burnett in Chicago in a senior strategy role. Cavallo comes to Mullen from The Martin Agency,
where she was senior vice president, planning and development.
