The Philippines is launching a marketing campaign to try to bring back to Hong Kong tourists who have been loathe to travel there since last year's tragedy in which tourists were killed by a man who
had hijacked a tour bus. Tourism secretary Alberto Lim said his department is hiring a marketer in Hong Kong to lead the campaign.
