CNBC host Maria Bartiromo will host Titans with Maria Bartiromo, a quarterly special that will air between 9-10 p.m. Monday, June 30. Titans will take an in-depth look at the progress of cancer research by conducting a panel discussion with top researchers. Panelists include Dr. Harold Varmus, president of Memorial Sloan Kettering; Sir Paul Nurse, president of Rockefeller University, a 2001 Nobel prize winner and current leader of Cancer Research UK; Dr. John Mendelsohn, president of the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and former chairman of the National Cancer Society; and Dr. Martin Abeloff, director of the oncology center at Johns Hopkins University. They will speak on topics surrounding the challenges and advancements in the fields of cancer detection and treatment.
