WPP's Possible Acquires Brazil's Gringo

A day after parent WPP announced the acquisition of one of Brazil's leading digital agencies, F.biz, Possible Worldwide said it acquired a majority stake in Gringo, which it describes as "one of Brazil's most innovative digital agencies." The deal expands Possible's global footprint and gives it a strong base in one of the world's fastest growing advertising markets. Andre Matarazzo and Fernanda Jesus, founders of the 65-person digital shop, will join Possible Worldwide as Chief Creative Officer, São Paulo, and President, São Paulo, respectively.
