DoubleClick Inc. and TACODA Systems have formed an alliance. Together, the two companies plan to help online publishers integrate audience data in order to increase advertising revenues and better leverage online advertising inventory. TACODA's Audience Management System (AMS) combines data mining techniques, user segmenting technology and comprehensive data integration into a single, cost-effective marketing application. DoubleClick's DART for Publishers product is a hosted, enterprise-class advertising serving and management solution, which helps web publishers manage, serve and report on online ads while monetizing their content and increasing revenues. By using DoubleClick's publisher solutions with Tacoda's AMS, publishers can create a data management platform to identify and target a site's most valuable users.
