California OKs Digital Bus Ads

A bill allowing digital advertising on Santa Monica's Big Blue Buses cleared the State legislature, reports Lookout News.
The pilot program wants to help the cash-strapped transit system to raise $8 million without raising fares. Some, however, believe the scrolling ads will be a danger to drivers.
