Philadelphia, Pittsburgh Newspapers Form Edit/Ad Alliance

The Philadelphia Inquirer, now owned by Philadelphia Media Network, and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, owned by Block Communications, have formed an editorial and advertising alliance.
