One of the better shows for brand entertaiment/product placement, ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" is ending.
Four special episodes will air after its current ninth season ends its run on Jan. 13 with its 200th episode. "Extreme Makeover" had been the terrain for home marketers like Sears Roebuck, as well as car manufacturers and others.Ty Pennington, host of the show has been already committed to a new ABC daytime show, "The Revolution".
This is the second major show to be ending on ABC on Sunday night. It was previously announced that longtime drama-comedy "Desperate Housewives" would stop at the end of this season.
