Papa John's Handles PR Fiasco

Minhee Cho is probably the wrong person to do a PR screwup with, as Cho is a PR person herself. After going to a Papa John's  she tweeted a photo of her receipt, on which a racial stereotype was applied instead of her name.

Cho, a PR person for journalism non-profit ProPublica, posted the photo to her Twitter page, where it was soon viewed by tens of thousands of people within hours. Papa John's apologized on Facebook, saying the person who'd done it had been terminated.
