Rubicon Names Barnum COO/CFO

The Rubicon Project has named Brian Barnum COO and CFO, and Mark Torres as senior vice president-people and culture (ie. HR). Barnum has served on several company boards, and most recently was president of R.H. Donnelley's RHD Interactive division. Torres was an HR executive at Reed Business Information.
