Initiative Taps Hobba As EVP, Digital

Initiative has named Suhaila Suhimi Hobbs executive vice president, managing director for digital. She will be responsible for running the agency's West Coast digital practice. Most recently, Suhimi Hobba served as SVP, group digital director for MediaVest Worldwide in Los Angeles. Prior to MediaVest, she worked at MediaCom and OMD.
