    No surprises here! I might add I'd venture American Air will be off of this list by next year! They have certainly lost my loyalty! I'd also like to see the category of Ground Transportation. I take allot of Interstate buses and train and I know they are serving major percentage of the traveling population.

    Curiously, I am aware of the top 8 brands categorized as Travel (?) I perceive them differently. Expedia, Orbitz and Travelocity are for checking prices, not booking. Hotels.com and Hotwire are for booking hotels, if the brand site is not delivering, within budget range. Priceline is the refuge of last resort. Kayak is one to mention when writing about travel, like now. Cheaptickets in no man's land.
