Ziff Davis Enterprise Sold, Most Staffers Cut

Ziff Davis Enterprise was sold to online marketing and lead-gen company QuinStreet last Friday -- and the fallout is severe, reports Folio. As many as 30 people were cut on Friday and 100 ZDE employees will be cut from a workforce of 120 people. The way the deal is structured, QuinStreet is acquiring the brand assets, not staff. ZDE included digital pubs such as eWeek, CIOInsight and Baseline.
