Targetcast tcm just announced a mini reorg, naming Bruce Fagerstrom the first planning director of "inside," the division that services the media of other independent agencies.

Fagerstrom previously was senior vice president-group director at Targetcast.

In a related move, David Klein joins the agency as senior vice president-group director of the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare account and Gerry Borsellino assumes the post of senior vice president-creative director.

Klein joins from MEC Global, where he led the Novartis Pharmaceuticals business as senior partner-group planning director.

Borsellino previously led creative and design at Lyons Lavey Nickel Swift and Kallir Phillips Ross.
