Mobile Aptitude: Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's Score Highest

A new study from BIGinsight measures the mobile aptitude of shoppers at leading retailers, and found that Nordstrom, Macy’s and Dillard’s shoppers are winning the M-race. The study crunched such data as shoppers’ mobile ownership, usage (which included apps and QR code readers), and frequency of mobile Internet access. TJ Maxx and Amazon shoppers also scored above average. Sears, Kohl’s and JCPenney scored the lowest.
