Vibrant Taps Weather's Buckley As Revenue Chief

Long-time media sales executive Sheila Buckley has joined contextual advertising firm Vibrant Media as Chief Revenue Officer. She joins from The Weather Channel Cos., where she most recently was senior vice president-digital, mobile and cross platform ad sales.
