Twenty Stations Move To DTV

The National Association of Broadcasters announced that 20 local broadcast stations have joined the list of television stations broadcasting in digital, bringing the total number to 1,175 DTV stations on air in 205 markets that serve 99.6 percent of U.S. TV Households. New stations include, WTIC Hartford, CT - a Tribune owned, FOX affiliate; WUTR Utica, NY - a Clear Channel owned, ABC affiliate; WDWB Detroit, MI - a Granite owned, WB affiliate; and WNVT Washington, DC - a PBS Member Station.
