Paxson Communications Corporation has entered into an agreement with NBC Entertainment and NBC Studios, Inc. for consulting services to be provided to PAX TV by NBC entities in connection with PAX's programming and development plans for the 2004-2005 broadcast season. This agreement provides for NBC to consult with PAX on the development, production and programming of scripted and unscripted television series, game shows and specials. Additionally, NBC consultants will develop a branding and positioning strategy for PAX and work with PAX/NBC to plan the coming 2004 sales upfront presentation. Initially this programming arrangement involves the launch of two game shows, four reality series and the development and launch of a minimum of three scripted series.
