NBC's new fall schedule will begin premiering its new and returning series on Monday, Sept. 22, beginning with a $1 million payout on a two-hour edition of "Fear Factor." It will be followed by the
series peremire of "Las Vegas," starring James Caan. Except for the advance previews of sitcoms "Whoopi" and "Happy Family" on Tuesday, Sept. 9, the rest of the programs will premiere between Sept.
22 and Oct. 2.
