ABC Extends "8 Simple Rules" to Hour for Premiere

ABC said Wednesday that the sitcom "8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter" will open its second season with a special hourlong broadcast on Tuesday, Sept. 23. The move delays the premiere of
"I'm with Her" to Tuesday, Sept. 30.
