Initiative announced yesterday that Leah Gross has joined the company in the role of vice president, corporate communications. In her new position, Gross will manage the company's corporate
communications programs for the United States. An industry veteran with over 10 years of experience, until 2001, Gross was a senior account supervisor at Interpublic's Weber Shandwick Worldwide.
During her tenure, she developed domestic and global strategic corporate public relations programs for both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. For the past two years, Gross ran her own
communications firm, KLG Communications.
