Bozeman, Mont.-based RightNow Technologies, which handles in-bound customer service and support solutions for more than 1,000 companies, is going out-bound with a new product Called RightNow 6.0, the
new product is a permission-based email system that allows companies to pro-actively address support-and-service issues and marketing communications opportunities. Early adopters include Skechers USA,
the University of South Florida, and Siemens Procurement and Logistics Services.
