MEFA (Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority) is seeking a full service advertising agency to provide creative development, execution, media planning and buying, and account service among a variety of other supporting services. The RFP Process is being managed by TrinityOne of Boston. This past fiscal year, the combined budget for the general advertising was approximately $1 million. The RFP process includes two phases, including in-person meetings in Boston July 17, 18 or19 as well as in-person presentations in Boston on August 21, 22 or 23. The process concludes on August 29, with the contract beginning in September.
