T3; Joe Volpicelli

T3 has named Joe Volpicelli senior vice president and executive creative director of its New York office. Volpicelli joins T3 from BBDO New York, where he spent the past 13 years, as vice president creative director, overseeing work on Lowe’s and Arby’s.
