Instaprints Seeking Artists For Ad

  • July 10, 2012

Instaprints, an online site allowing people to sell their Instagram photos as framed prints, canvases, greeting cards and posters, is calling on photographers to showcase their work with the hopes of being featured in an upcoming television commercial.

According to the company, five photographers will each be featured for five seconds during a 30-second commercial that will air nationally in September.  The photographers will be chosen through open public voting, with finalists chosen by a panel of jurors.

“We launched Instaprints last month as a way for casual and serious photographers from around the world to quickly and easily set up online businesses selling their Instagram photos,” said Sean Broihier, founder of Instaprints, in a statement. “This contest is a fun way to give Instaprints users recognition for the compelling Instagram photos they capture every day.”
