Nielsen Media Research Thursday cited CBS affiliate KWTV, Corpus Christi, TX, for engaging in "certain on-air promotional activities," which in Nielsen's opinion were likely to illegitimately
influence viewing in the TV market. As a result, Nielsen said all ratings for the station would be excluded from Nielsen's November 2003 ratings reports for Corpus Christi DMA.
