SapientNitro, a marketing and technology firm, has been chosen as the agency of record for Vail Resort’s Epic Discovery, a summer mountain adventure at Vail Mountain, Colo. launching in 2014. It is charged with creating a brand story and strategy across a variety of marketing channels. Epic Discovery has partnered with the Nature Conservancy to connect people to the U.S. national forests through engaging activities, such as zip lines, ropes courses and mountain excursions. SapientNitro worked previously with Vail Resorts on the launch of EpicMix Photo. Vail Resorts owns or manages luxury hotels under the RockResorts brand.
