UAL Selects 24/7 Real Media

UAL Loyalty Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of UAL Corporation, the parent company to United Airlines, has signed an agreement to license 24/7 Real Media's Open Insight Web analytics solution for its website. Open Insight helps companies measure, analyze and report on the behavior of their website visitors in real time. The company explained that UAL Loyalty Services selected the Open Insight Web analytics solution to help it refine its website content and navigation so that the site is easier for visitors to use.
