Flip.to, a marketing platform, is encouraging hotel guests to share their experiences via social media. Flip.to has attracted a number of prominent hotels and resorts, including The OUT NYC, a straight-friendly gay resort, and Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Launched in 2010, Flip.to's goal is to enhance brand awareness and bring in new hotel clientele through high user rates. Global clients include Inbal Hotel Jerusalem, Hotel Le Seven in Paris and three House Hotels in Istanbul. Flip.to claims engagement rates in the 15% to 25% range.
