Visible Measures Launches New Video Monetization Platform
Aug 21, 2012, 3:00 PM
Boston-based Visible Measures, which just last week announced $21.5 million in new funding, on Tuesday unveiled a new advertising platform that pays publishers whenever a user watches an advertiser’s video as content on their site.
Called VidWorks, the new platform integrates into publishers’ video galleries or playlists without replacing existing advertising space. Advertisers pay on a cost-per-view basis. The company says that VIdWorks is already in use by publishers like Conde Nast, Rodale, Kiplinger, Deca and others.
