Mellows Named Investment Chief At MEC China

Sean Mellows has been named head of investment management for GroupM's MEC China. Mellows, who reports to MEC China President Christian Guinot, is responsible for the management and development of tactical planning products for all MEC China offices. He joined MEC China from Manning Gottlieb OMD, London, where he was investment director and head of TV trading.
