Chicago-based VSA Partners has acquired Tender Creative, a 26-person digital creative shop in New York. Terms were not disclosed, but VSA cited Tender's "strong emphasis on digital design and development, coupled with a track record of creating integrated branding solutions for an enviable roster of clients, including Estée Lauder, Fontainebleau Resorts and MoMA, makes the combination a perfect fit." VSA and Tender also share Nike as a client, having collaborated on Converse in the past.
