24/7 Acquires Aussie Search Firm

Marketing solutions provider 24/7 Real Media, Inc. Thursday announced the acquisition of privately held Australian-based search engine marketing solutions firm Decide Interactive. 24/7 acquired all outstanding shares of Decide Interactive for $15 million in cash and 4.5 million shares of 24/7 Real Media's common stock, valued at $11 million. The acquisition strengthens 24/7's search marketing technology and marketing services, and gives the firm a broader global presence in North America, Europe, and the rapidly growing Pacific Rim region.
