CBS Partners With AXS TV

CBS Corp. has partnered with AXS TV, a television network dedicated to broadcasting live music and pop culture events. Launched in July 2012, AXS TV is a joint venture among Mark Cuban Companies, AEG, Creative Artists Agency and Ryan Seacrest Media. It currently has 38 million subscribers. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
