All Terrain Names Curran Talent Management Manager

All Terrain, an experiential marketing agencies, named Karen Curran senior manager of talent management. Curran comes from HC Resources, her own consultancy, where she developed human capital strategies from talent acquisition to employee engagement for leading companies including Grub Hub. Prior to that, she was training and recruitment director for Legacy Marketing Partners.

    Well, Talent Management may be a two letter word but it covers everything right from recruitment to retain a personnel. It requires a lot of motivational efforts to train a new employee, carryout product knowledge training and retail employee thus minimizing attrition rate.
