MEC Access Hires Petrosinelli As Managing Partner

Eric Petrosinelli has been named managing partner of North American operations for MEC Access, the entertainment and sports sponsorship unit of MEC, the WPP media shop. He will report to MEC North American CEO Marla Kaplowitz. Previously, Petrosinelli was senior vice president at GroupM Entertainment and Sports, also a unit of WPP. Earlier, he founded Five Star Sports, the sports marketing firm. Petrosinelli will continue as the lead executive on the Citi account, overseeing sponsorship strategy and marketing activation efforts on properties such as Citi Field, Citi Open and Citi Pond.
