Nexmo Raises $3M In Funding, Expands API Suite

Mobile Messaging company Nexmo has closed a $3 million round of funding led by Intel Capital; it also included NHN Investment Corporation and Initial Capital. Nexmo claims it is currently profitable with accelerating revenue growth. The company will use the funds to expand its suite of APIs in the cloud telecommunications space and finalize its direct to carrier rollouts around the globe.
