Quicken Loans Mortgage Calculator is an in-depth financial app that includes menus for purchasing, refinancing, amortization, and home affordability.  I have zero experience on the topic of mortgages and this app is so clear cut and straight forward that it makes the process very easy to understand.  Along with an easy to use interface it provides direct links to contact Quicken “Home Loan Experts.”  The key to this app is its simplicity, as the subject of mortgage calculations can probably be confusing/overwhelming to some, Quicken does an excellent job of simplifying it for their users.
