Euronews First To Use Twitter's Vine App

Euronews is to become the first major news channel to utilise Vine, Twitter's controversial new iPhone application for sharing short, six-second videos. Anyone who follows the @euronews Twitter feed will now receive #EuronewsVineOfTheDay, offering a video clip representing the day's major headline. Euronews said that the videos are intended to "grab viewers' attention", and Twitter will no doubt be pleased that Vine is being used by such an established broadcaster.
